"Nacida para amar" (Spanish pronunciation: [naˈθiða ˈpaɾa aˈmaɾ], "Born to Love") was the Spanish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1989, performed in Spanish by Nina.
* Just like Paloma San Basilio's 1985 entry "La fiesta terminó", the song was composed by Juan Carlos Calderón, internationally best known for writing Mocedades' "Eres tú" in 1973, a song that only finished second in the actual Contest but still went on to become a worldwide hit.
* "Nacida para amar" is a sensual love song, with Nina describing a romantic night with her lover. She thanks him for that special night they spent "body-to-body" and says that she is very grateful for their relationship.
* "Nacida para amar" was performed sixteenth on the night, following France's Nathalie Pâque with "J'ai volé la vie" and preceding Cyprus's Fani Polymeri & Yannis Savvidakis with "Apopse As Vrethume". At the close of voting, it had received 88 points, placing 6th in a field of 22.
* It was succeeded as Spanish representative at the 1990 Contest by Azúcar Moreno with "Bandido".
